Welcome to LocalPDF. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LocalPDF (localpdf.online), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

- Providing reasonable notice (minimum 30 days) before any pricing changes
- Maintaining a free tier with core functionality
- Grandfathering beta users with special pricing (if applicable)
4. No Warranties / "As-Is" Service
LocalPDF is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Accuracy or reliability of PDF processing
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Suitability for any particular purpose
- Non-infringement of third-party rights
We strive to provide high-quality tools, but software has bugs. Use at your own risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalPDF and its operators shall not be liable for any:
- Loss of data, files, or documents
- Corrupted or malformed output PDFs
- Business interruption or lost profits
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
In plain English: If LocalPDF corrupts your PDF, we're sorry, but we're not liable for damages. Always keep backups of important files.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Own or have rights to the PDFs you process
- Not use LocalPDF for illegal purposes (e.g., processing stolen documents, distributing malware)
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our source code for commercial purposes
- Not abuse the service (e.g., automated scraping, DDoS attacks)
We reserve the right to block access to users who violate these terms.
